1 ALS dated 5/8/1863 from Z. T. Miller, possibly to his mother Ann Miller. References to 82nd Illinois, the plan of Joseph Hooker to cross to Fredericksburg, a rumor his unit was to relieve Samuel P. Heintzelman, and the arrest of Clement Vallandigham by Ambrose Burnside. The letter bears the label "60-D."
