1 ALS from Z. T. Miller to his sisters. Speculation that the Division will move to Ball's Cross Roads, Virginia. Comment on German being spoken. Miller says he cannot speak German. Mention of meeting Mrs. Carl Schurz and Mrs. Franz Sigel. References to Abraham Lincoln, Ohio Governor David Tod, and the improbability of the Confederates attacking Cincinnati.
