1 ALS from Z. T. Miller to his mother Ann Miller, with discussion of the camp hospitals. Mention of John Pope having command. Comment on John C. Fremont refusing to serve under Pope, Fremont moving toward Winchester, and reaction of the soldiers to Fremont's leaving. Speculation about advancing towards either Winchester or Richmond. Sent from camp near Middleton, Virginia.
