Container Summary

Correspondence to Katherine Biddle regarding setting her poems to music. Includes composers Robert McBride (ALS 4/28/1939) and Paul Nordoff (ALS 8/2/(1941). The latter refers to his opera in progress, "The Masterpiece," (Philadelphia, January 24, 1941). Also includes Richard W. Dirksen, Washington Cathedral (TLS 4/10/1966) re Biddle's poem, "The Lady of the Sun."
