Attached is 1 AMS (copy) resolving that the Legislature of Maryland honor Isaac Hull (1773-1843), Charles Morris (1784-1856), Jacob Jones (1768-1850), James Biddle (1783-1848), and Decatur; with references to the U.S.S. "Constitution," H.M.S. "Guerriere," U.S.S. "Wasp," H.M.S. "Frolic," U.S.S. "United States," and H.M.S. "Macedonian;" signed by Upton S. Reid, clerk of the House of Delegates. Sent to Commodore Decatur in New York City.
