"Constitution," H.M.S. "Guerriere," U.S.S. "Wasp," H.M.S. "Frolic," U.S.S. "United States," and H.M.S. "Macedonian;" signed by Upton S. Reid, clerk of the House of Delegates. Sent to Commodore Decatur in New York City.
