Dodge; sent from New York City. Attached is 1 AMS by Dodge admitting Decatur to the New York State Society of the Cincinnati and 1 ALS dated 2/10/1813 from Dodge to Decatur informing him of his election as an honorary member; sent from New York City to Commodore Decatur at Broadway.
