Allen (1784-1813), and Lieutenant John B. Nicholson; signed by William Munford (1775-1825) and Theodosius Hansford; includes references to U.S.S. "United States" and H.M.S. "Macedonian." See also: Box 1 Folder 14 in this collection for the document bearing postmark of Richmond 1/8/1813 which also was formerly contained in the letter book.
