Hart at a speaking engagement in Norfolk, Virginia, on 11/20/1968; 1 color photo of Hart shaking hands with Turkish General Cemal Tural; and 1 b/w photo (enclosed with the one of Tural along with a TLS dated 3/2/1970 from Ismail A. Razik to Nora Gerhart) of Hart shaking hands with Turkish Air Force Major Adnan Cokgor. Photos in this folder are dated 1968.
