House of Representatives. 92nd Congress. 2nd Session. February 22, 24, March 2, and May 18, 1972. U.S. Government Printing Office." Note: Parker T. Hart's testimony is found on pages 63-70, and his biographical sketch is found on pages 111-12. Hart's testimony dealt with a plan for Sinai, the Schwebel Plan, the Safran Plan, treaty commitment to Israel, polarization in Middle East and U.S. policy, Palestinian self-determination, the mood in Israel and Egypt, and secure borders.
