2 TLS dated 1969 from Philip D. Lagerquist, Research Archivist at the National Archives, to Parker T. Hart, regarding the use in a publication of a letter from President Harry S Truman to Saudi Arabian King Abdul Aziz. Also, 3 TL (carbons) dated 1969 from Hart to Lagerquist on this subject. 2 TLS (photocopies) of the Truman letter in question are enclosed. The letter is a TLS (draft, copy) dated 10/31/1950 from Truman to Abdul Aziz reaffirming U.S. interest in the integrity of Saudi Arabia and health of the King.
