Copy of TLS from Philip C. Brooks, director, General Services Administration, to Joseph Leib, re locating the original or copy of the letter written by Harry S. Truman to Paul Hume in response to the latter's review of the recital by Margaret Truman in 1950. 4. Memorandum by John S. Monagan, dated November 3, 1997, concerning his recollection of a conversation he had with Paul Hume about the latter's relations with Truman subsequent to his criticism of Margaret Truman in 1950.
