The letters are to or concerning Paderewski, are arranged chronologically (1901-18), and include: painter Henryk Siemiradzki, composer Edward Elgar; Margaret Asquith (?), Francis Cardinal Gibbons, pianist Jozef Hofmann, William H. Taft. Includes copy of promissory note signed by Paderewski for a loan of $6,000 from the Fifth Avenue Bank of New York, 5/5/1916.
