Contains correspondence mostly from the 1970s and 1980s sent by international officials, diplomats, and residents of foreign countries to William H. Natcher. Topics of discusion include Canada's response to the Garrsion Diversion Project, Taiwanese reaction to the normailzation of relations between the U.S. and the People's Republic of China, the Iranian Hostage Crisis, and relations between Turkey and Cyprus. One typed letter from Fidel Castro is included. Correspondence is arranged alphabetically by name of country.
