Contains correspondence sent from various U.S. Governors to William H. Natcher dating primarily to the 1970s and 1980s. Much of the correspondence pertians to the effect of different pieces of legislation on given Governors' home states. In addtion, Congressional appropriations are a frequent topic of discussion. The correspondence is arranged alphabetically by name of Governor.
