Sullivan was also a poet and historian, whose works include "Recollections of troubled times in Irish Politics," he had a long relationship with the "Irish-American," serving as an Irish correspondent for the paper first under TFM's father and then under TFM, arranged chronologically, 6 items:@ @ ALS 7/12/1864.
