Eisenhower appointing U.S. representatives including Christian Herter (U.S. Secretary of State) and J. Graham Parsons (assistant secretary of state for Far Eastern Affairs). Also includes itineraries/schedules of events, copies of the treaty, and official invitation to the signing.
