Correspondence received by J. Graham Parsons during appointment to the Office of Far Eastern Affairs, State Department, from Elbridge Durbrow. Includes photographs taken of Parsons meeting with President Diem (Vietnam) attached to letter of 4/4/1960; and of Parsons meeting with Truong Vinh Le, president of national assembly (Vietnam) attached to letter of 12/9/1960. Also enclosed with 12/9/1960 is a letter to Parsons from Vietnamese secretary of state for foreign affairs, Vu Van Mau (12/6/1960).
