Contains TL, 1 page/1 sheet. Addressed from the Reform Club. Reference to Belloc's recent visit to Portugal and Spain, where he met with Pres. Antonio de Oliveira Salazar and Gen. Francisco Franco: "I was received by Salazar a very remarkable man who is establishing a new and more just social system in Portugal. Then I went on into Spain where I was received by Franco and went on to the Catalan front."
