Further complaints regarding "Exchange Telegraph"'s failure to pay Belloc for his work and queries regarding the publication of the American edition of his unnamed work: "It will not be very long now before the manuscript will be completely ready ... There is a pirated edition to which I shall pay no attention as mine will be the official and will have a preface by [Marshal(?)] Foch."
