CJM provides us with a description of the American Legation's trip to visit the Saudi Arabian king, Ibn Saud, at his camp in central Arabia, Rawdat Tenhat: ". . . there were 16,000 people there and over 1,000 tents of all sizes, shapes and colors. It was an awe inspiring sight as you can well imagine."
