The Lucile Swan papers consist of 4 series summarized as follows --

1. Correspondence: Pierre Teilhard de Chardin to Lucile Swan, 1932-1955. (Folders 1:1 - 2:104). Includes correspondence from Claude Cuenot to Lucile Swan (Folders 2:105-106).

2. Teilhard de Chardin Oeuvres: Consists of writings/essays (typescripts, mimeographs, reprints, and translations into English). (Folders 3:1 - 4:39).

3. Printed Material: Clippings from journals and newspapers about Teilhard de Chardin, many written by friends and colleagues such as Claude Cuenot, Fr. Robert T. Francoeur, S.J., Mary Lukas, and Jean Piveteau among others. (Box 5)

4. Photographs of Teilhard de Chardin and various friends, c.1935-1940s. (Box 6)
