King, SJ, and Mary Wood Gilbert (Washington, D.C.: Georgetown University Press, 1993). The pages on which the published letters appear are indicated in this finding aid in parentheses, e.g., (p. 20).

With references to their lasting friendship: "...I think we have reached, you and me, this new constructive type of friendship, -- where everything is strength and peace in a closer presence and approach of God..." Also news of his recent trip to France, possibility of the publication of his work on "Man" by a friend, Jean Piveteau, from La Sorbonne, and meetings with friends Max and Simone Begouen, as well as with his cousin Marguerite Teilhard-Chambon. (p.291)
