[All memoranda in Italian] Contains xerox copies of memoranda/announcements by the Italian Ministry of Popular Culture (time period: mid-1930s). Includes: memo appointing LS as translator for a Chinese delegation proposing to reorganize the Kuomintang party in China (1934); memo announcing Mussolin's plan to broadcast on shortwave radio to proote Itlaian culture and language in America and Asia; memo officially announcing the establishment of the Fascist propaganda section of the Ministry of Popular Culture; miscellaneous memos on selection of countries to receive Mussolini's broadcasts and content of his radio addresses.
