Kornfeld for the Sec. of State on the Khoshtaria concession and agreements between Standard, Anglo-Persian, and the Persian government with references to Sir Percy Loraine and Sir Auckland Geddes and attached 1 carbon TL from Percy Cox to Wossough-ed-Dowleh and 1 carbon TMs memo from Lord Curzon regarding American advisors in Persia and the oil concessions.
