Schmavonian and others regarding oil rights with discussion of the Anglo-Persian Oil Company and the Khoshtaria concession; 1 TMs memo regarding Persian Oil rights with discussion of the Russian Industrial Syndicate, Sinclair Oil Co., J. G. White & Co., W. A. Harriman & Co., W. Morgan Shuster, Jerome Landfield, and possible loans to the Persian government by this group; 1 TMs in French outlining information for tourist travel in India.
