Most manuscripts collections at the Georgetown University Booth Family Center for Special Collections are open to researchers; however, restrictions may apply to some collections. 2 TMs reports regarding the status of Armenia in peace negotiations in 1920. The first TMs is actually a number of brief reports: 1 copy TL from Jean Jusserand to Frank L. Polk regarding general conditions of Turkish surrender, 1 copy TL from Bainbridge Colby to Jusserand in response, 1 copy TMs draft response by the Supreme Council of the Allied Governments to Colby regarding the Treaty of Peace with Turkey, 1 copy TMs draft despatch to President Wilson regarding Armenia's viability by Lord Curzon, 1 copy TMs draft reply by the Supreme Council of the Allied Governments to the League of Nations regarding the future of Armenia. The second TMs is a carbon of a fragment report by an unknown party giving recommendations as to how the U.S. can assist Armenia.
