Engert for the Sec'y of State on British relations with the Kurds, with great discussion of Sheik Mahmud at Sulimanyeh, Simko, and the Assyrians; Several draft mss. on British, American, French and Italian activities in Turkey, Persia, Transcaucasia, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Syria, and Palestine, probably by CVHE.
