1 TLS from Rear Admiral Mark L. Bristol, U.S. High Commisioner, Turkey, to Cornelius Van H. Engert, with carbons from CVHE to Bristol and between R. A. Lambert and Major Arnold. Most of the correspondence concerns conditions in Syria, Armenia and elsewhere in Turkey, with much discussion of the American Consulate in Aleppo, Syria and the deaths of two American representatives of the YMCA in Syria, James Perry and Frank L. Johnson.
