Includes references to Thomas Reed Powell and Adam Clayton Powell. @ Also reference to reading "In Royal Service" by Sir Alan Lascelles. @ Reference to Colin Walters of the Washington Times for whom Powell wrote a piece on Jocelyn Brooke (see Powell's reference also in letter of 5/8/1989, Folder 4:19). A typed letter signed from Walters to Monagan is included here (5/12/1989) with reference to Powell's article for the paper.
