Container Summary

Contains ALS written in tricolor ballpoint pen on the reverse of a photograph of a painted inscription by DJ. Correspondence mentions a visit to T.S. Eliot: "It was jolly nice going to lunch at the T.S.E.'s; a completely unexpected pleasure. They were both awfully kind and his mother-in-law I like too. But he certainly has aged since I last saw him, and winter in England is not good for him."
