Contains ALS to TA from Henry Hobhouse (1776-1854) at Whitehall, London: "I have the honor to forward to you Two Packets each containing the 2 copies of the First Report of the Commissioners for enquiring into the Health of Towns [i.e., the cities of Philadelphia and of New York]." Hobhouse was a noted British archivist and keeper of state papers.
