Scope and Contents

Artificial "collection" of approximately 500 maps of unknown provenance. Many of the maps contain a Georgetown College or Riggs Library stamp and have been held by the Library for some time.

Conditions Governing Access

Most rare book collections at the Booth Family Center for Special Collections are open to researchers; however, restrictions may apply to some collections. Collections stored off-site require a minimum of three days for retrieval. For use of all rare bookscollections, researchers are advised to contact the Booth Family Center for Special Collections in advance of any visit.
