The purpose of the building program was to identify and discuss Library space and service needs projected over 25 years. Also includes material produced by the Reorganization Task Force between 1999 and 2002 including a self-study, an external team report, internal review committee report, Task Force progress reports and questionnaire and select Task Force correspondence.
