Report of 11/29/1946 references Annex Buildings ("In an attempt to provide adequate classroom space and offices and conference rooms for the faculty, Rev. Edmund A. The builidngs will be erected on a now empty lot facing 37th street at the corner of "N" Street. The Alumni Association originally occupied these quarters in 1939 until we were evicted by Army Headquarters at the College late in 1942.
