A continuation of the presentation of candidates for commissions in the Officers Corps of the Armed Forces of the United States is followed by the award of congratulatory citations to members of the Class of 1903. Assistant Secretary of Defense Francis Nash begins his address at the 3 minute, 56 second mark. His remarks include references to the Korean War and a probable armistice in the conflict. Note on tape says: "GU Graduation Exercises #53 Part 3"
