Broadcast by NBC Radio over WRC-FM Washington from the campuses of Georgetown and Syracuse. The Quiz Master is Allen Ludden. The Georgetown team consisted of Jim Malloy of Staten Island, New York, Leo O'Donovan of New York City, Paul Troy of Melrose, Massachusetts, and Bob Kleisley of Rochester, New York. Georgetown won by a score of 205 points to 160. Note on tape says: "GU vs. Syracuse, Quiz Bowl, Nov. 6, 1954."
