Scope and Contents

Includes invitations to events at other universities and correspondence asking Georgetown alumni to represent the University at them. Present are: a letter from Martin Smith, S.J., May 21, 1932, which describes the celebration of the 350th anniversary of the University in Wurzburg, Germany; notes on the visit of Jean Cardinal Verdier, Archbishop of Paris, to Georgegtown; and "Port Royal College: A Plan for Higher Education during the Depression" sent to President Nevils by organizing Secretary A.C.C. Hill, Jr. to solicit a list of Georgetown students unable to continue with their education for financial reasons.
