Container Summary

1 Typed Letter dated 10/03/1979 from Henry Bartholomew Cox to Joseph Rubinfine, asking Rubinfine for any new information involving a potential replevin action by the state of New Jersey. Cox also asks Rubinfine if he could include a description of the replevin action in a monitoring report he was compiling for the Manuscript Society. Attached to this Letter is a Typed Letter Signed dated 10/10/1979 from Rubinfine to Cox saying he had no new information about the replevin action from the state of New Jersey. Rubinfine also did not object to Cox describing his replevin issue in the report.
