Container Summary

Correspondence dated 1898-1901 regarding Edward Otho Cresap Ord II, particularly the field glass and case he issued to Theodore Mosher who took them with him during the battle at El Caney in Cuba on July 1, 1898 during the Spanish-American War. Mosher was wounded and lost the field glass its case during the battle.
